Tell me about "starting to turn purple". Presume you mean coraline.
My tank is full of the stuff (rocks and rear glass). Never thought
about counter-acting the stuff.

They sold me some stuff called PurpleUp coralline algea accellerator, I think its for the same thing.  Told me to use it once a day for a week.  Has anyone ever heard of this stuff?
