Log:

Adds new DictData types for RFC-822 format date and datetime. Also reworks type handling to make it easier to add new.
Adds type handling to Metadata class.
VideoMetadata class now includes suggested filename for images, as per MythVideo formatting.
Fixes metadata import on Video and Recorded classes, and adds artwork handling for Recorded.
